Spacious and recently refurbished these funky apartments have retained their old world feel with Oregon wooden floors, exposed brick and ceiling beams and been decorated with a hint of contemporary urban Africa.
Staying in the Daddy Long Legs hotel is like being part of an interactive art exhibition. The thirteen air-conditioned rooms are quite unlike anything else in South Africa. Not only is each room uniquely decorated by an artist, poet, photographer, designer or musician, but, they were afforded complete freedom to interpret the space as they pleased, resulting in a collection of hotel rooms that are an adventurous, humorous (and sometimes ironic) representation of Cape Town’s contemporary cultural landscape.
